When you give a gift of securities directly (without selling them first), you will be provided with a charitable tax receipt for the closing price of the securities on the day they are received, as well as additional tax benefits.

If you have set up a Donor Advised Fund through a third party organization, you can simply recommend that a gift of a certain amount be made to Phoenix Youth Programs.
