Working together, companies and employees can maximize their donation efforts by establishing a matching gifts incentive program. Through this program, employers can commit to match any donations raised by employees, either as individuals or as a part of a third-party fundraising event, doubling the impact of your gift!
By matching contributions to Phoenix, employee donations are going even further to help support local youth.
Benefits for Employers:
Customer Loyalty
Consumers are more likely to purchase from companies who have demonstrated commitment to supporting social causes, especially if the cause is near and dear to them.
Marketing Opportunities
We acknowledge the generous support of our corporate partners through various levels of brand recognition, including: social media mentions, print materials, and e-communications.
Employee Engagement
Employees want to work for businesses whose values align with theirs, and participation in workplace giving often results in increased motivation and longer tenures.

Employee Story
“RBC believes that when employees and retirees volunteer their time and expertise, they play a vital role in helping build better communities. Since 1999, RBC has donated almost $29 million in celebration of employee and retiree volunteer efforts at non-profit agencies through the Team RBC Grant. We have partnered with Phoenix to cook delicious meals, support their community outreach and goodwill efforts, complete gardening projects and are about to embark on financial literacy and learning to coding education sessions. As an employee at RBC, I get to spend time with Phoenix and my peers, helping the agency achieve its objectives, while providing financial support. This same support is available year round to all RBC employees around the world. I am proud to be part of an organization that believes a key part of their purpose is helping communities prosper!”
