  • Phoenix Centre for Youth (PCFY)

    PCFY is a walk-in centre that provides youth with services that are confidential and non-judgmental including: housing support, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, parenting support, referral to community and internal resources, health services, financial advocacy, financial literacy and skill building, trusteeship, food, clothing, shower and laundry facilities, hygiene products, computer and phone access.

  • Phoenix Youth Shelter (PYS)

    Phoenix Youth Shelter provides free, safe, emergency accommodations to youth ages 16-24 who are unhoused. The Shelter supplies daily essentials (food, clothing, shelter, etc.) around the clock to youth who seek support. All residents have access to daily programming and are connected with a Key Worker who provides on-going guidance and support to help residents meet their identified goals.

  • Phoenix Learning & Employment Centre (PLEC)

    PLEC offers employment and education support to youth ages 16-24. Here, youth are supported with finding employment, skill development, and exploring education options. Youth can access workshops, job fairs, paid work placements, trainings and certifications, supports for students, and more.

  • Phoenix Youth & Family Therapy (PYFT)

    PYFT provides free, early intervention, individual and family therapy. Services address a range of concerns, including: mental health challenges, family and peer relationships, learning and other school-related challenges, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, discrimination and poverty. Advocacy and attention to building protective factors are key components of the therapy provided. PYFT accepts referrals for youth in grades 6 - 12, as well as youth up to age 25 who are participating in other Phoenix programs.

  • Phoenix Youth & Community Centre (PYCC)

    Phoenix Youth and Community Centre works collaboratively with the community of Mulgrave Park to develop relevant and meaningful programs for residents. Here, youth can engage in recreation, art, team building, communication, resource navigation, life skills development, and community-based education support. Through programming, youth are encouraged and supported to think big and achieve their goals.

  • Learn & Explore at Phoenix (LEAP)

    LEAP offers youth opportunities to try new things, build new skills, get involved in the community, be creative, and benefit therapeutically by having some fun! Programming is youth-driven, and often made possible through collaboration with organizations, individuals, service providers, and community groups.

  • Youth Outreach Program (YOP)

    The Phoenix Youth Outreach Program provides supports to youth ages 16 – 24 within their family and community context. Areas of support include mentorship, advocacy and accompaniment, employment and education, arts and recreation, health services, and family support.

  • Phoenix House (PH)

    Phoenix House is a 10-bed, long term residence for youth aged 16-24. Here, youth are empowered to develop life skills by participating in programming such as education, employment, or volunteer work, while preparing to transition to their next housing goal. Services include housing support, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, resource navigation, health services, and more.

  • Phoenix Homes for Independence (PHI)

    Phoenix Homes for Independence is a semi-independent living program consisting of three homes, each with a live-in support worker. Here, youth can develop their skills, including budgeting, meal planning, cooking, education and employment skills, and confidence to live independently.
