For youth ages 16-24 who are unhoused or experiencing a housing emergency.
Please Note: Beds can only be secured at the door or by phone call — not by email. Due to the number of beds available, we encourage you to contact Phoenix Youth Shelter prior to arrival to determine availability. Beds can be held by phone for a maximum of 2 hours.

For youth ages 16-24 seeking supports related to their employment, education, or training goals.
Phoenix Youth & Community Centre
For youth in grades 7 - 12 connected to the community of Mulgrave Park seeking education supports.

Phoenix Youth & Family Therapy
For youth in grades 6 - 12, or youth under 25 already connected with Phoenix.
Provides early intervention youth and/or family therapy for youth who are not able to access other therapy services.

Phoenix Youth Programs does not accept referrals for individuals 25 and older. To learn more about other programs and services in your area, call 211.
Please Note:
While some of our programs support youth as young as 11, most of our programs - including all of our residential programs - are only able to support youth ages 16 - 24. Please see Our Programs for more info. -
