As COVID-19 continues to impact our daily lives, our mental health and our overall wellness, it is important for us to take care of ourselves. Having access to resources to keep us healthy are vital.
This resource was compiled by the Phoenix Youth & Family Therapy team to help youth, families, Phoenix staff and volunteers, and the broader community stay well during this challenging period.
People experiencing homelessness are particularly vulnerable to becoming exposed to COVID-19.
