At Phoenix Youth Programs, we are proud of our people.
For close to 38 years, we've had the privilege of working alongside some of the most brilliant and compassionate people in our mission to support youth, families, and communities. From providing emergency shelter and outreach, to housing support and clinical therapy, our staff are truly experts in everything they do.
Yet more importantly — we love what we do.
With the state of everything that surrounds us — food insecurity, social injustice, and the ongoing housing crisis — it goes without saying that this work is not easy. Day in and day out, our frontline staff are finding ways to provide youth with a sense of hope and security in an incresingly uncertain world, and their dedication is nothing short of remarkable.

The work we do would not be possible without you.
Thanks to the care and generosity you've shown us throughout the years, we are able to continue doing this work that we love so much. We get to host community meals and events, we are invited to attend graduations, and we help youth settle into spaces they can call home. We are reminded that despite moments when we may feel helpless, we can always find hope in the resilience of those we serve, and the care of community members just like you.
