The definition of a HERO is “someone who is noted for their courage, outstanding achievements and noble qualities”.
Although you may not consider yourself one, I believe that each of you are indeed a hero. You may say to yourselves “I’m just doing my job”. But truly you are doing so much more.
You continue to provide an essential service to the youth and communities that you have always served under “normal” circumstances. But Covid-19 has created an unimagined “abnormal”. There is no book to follow here… no operations manual that’s tried and tested… no “right way” to succeed.
As always, Phoenix is leading the way in creating and implementing “best practices” that will serve as lessons for today, tomorrow and into the future.
