For over 20 years The Joyce Foundation has been dedicated to supporting the social, economic and emotional well-being of youth by empowering them to develop into healthy, confident, independent contributors to society. With this mission at the forefront, a partnership with Phoenix was a natural fit.
An incredibly generous investment of $20,000 from The Joyce Foundation was received this past November. It has been instrumental to the sustainability of innovative programming taking place throughout Phoenix, including Phoenix Centre for Youth, Phoenix Youth & Family Therapy, Phoenix Youth & Community Centre and Phoenix Learning and Employment Centre. These programs provide opportunities for youth to develop individualized plans for success and access to services focused on personal development and capacity building.
