Dreamscape is a chance to celebrate fresh starts and new possibilities – both of the spring season and of Phoenix's strong and resilient youth.
Join Phoenix and CBC on Thursday, May 12th for a very special event. Enjoy a seasonally inspired three-course dinner with your friends and colleagues while watching an incredible show. After the lively reception, you'll be wowed by our line-up of incredible, local entertainers and inspiring speakers:
- the exceptional stylings of Newfoundland-based folk trio, The Once
- the dynamic Cape Breton-born singer-songwriters Heather Rankin and Kim Dunn accompanied by Jamie Robinson
- the one-of-a-kind talents of the Phoenix Community Choir
- the engaging Jeff Douglas, our host and the co-host of CBC's At It Happens
THE REASON
Because Youth Matter! Dreamscape is an annual fundraising event for Phoenix to support their programs and services for youth and families in our community who are reaching out for help
"The thing that helped me the most at Phoenix was that people there listened to me. They were patient and I felt understood. I knew I was determined but I still needed support and I got a lot of "You can!" and positive reinforcement. … I know I'm on the way to making the future I want for me and my son – to make the future I always believed I could." – Brittany
Don't miss out on your chance for a fun-filled evening in support of youth like Brittany.
