In January, 2020, Phoenix released our new five year strategic plan! This Compass was developed over 2019 in consultation with leadership, staff, community members and youth.
The Compass outlines our four strategic directions:
1. Strengthening Organizational Capacity
2. Supporting the Whole Person
3. Building Housing Security
4. Amplifying Community Capacity
We are excited about the path that lies in front of us to grow and deepen our supports for youth, families and communities!
